This 35 sqm (400 sq ft) apartment is situated on the ground floor in an elegant 19th century building near the Vatican Museum. It sleeps up to 3 people and has recently been redecorated and refurnished.

 

The unit consists of a cozy living room with a single sofa bed, a dining area with table and chairs, a fully furnished, mini-kitchen with 2 ceramic top heating units, a sink, a refrigerator, a toaster oven allowing preparation of snacks and simple meals, an iron and iron board. The bedroom has a double bed which can be separated into two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a stall shower and a hairdryer.

The unit has a mix of modern and older antique furniture, parquet floors and high ceilings. The windows look out on a private street minimizing any external traffic noise. The heating & hot water system is self-controlling and provides plenty of hot water and the apartment is air conditioned.
